Project Scope
Background
SYNOCARD Mifare 1 RFID cards were issued to guests who engaged in the experiential marketing events in San Francisco, Philadelphia and Boston. Those guests enjoyed a Mariposa Saloon experience where they took a personality quiz on an iPad, receiving a black or white RFID card and respective perks depending on their personality type.
Application
Black and white SYNOCARD Mifare 1 RFID cards were printed with HBO Westwood branding and paired with black or white lanyards. Guests were issued the cards at the event and the serial number of the cards was read by an RFID reader and attributed to a database record established by the guest during the personality quiz. This method allows for the collection of user profiles and an opportunity for targeted downstream marketing.
